RESPECT SPOTLIGHT – Jenna

RESPECT is proud to spotlight Jenna as an Upstander!

Jenna joined us for our August Community Advisory Committee meeting and shared a thoughtful short story about a monster who is bullied simply because he is different. Through her story, Jenna reminded us of the importance of looking beyond differences, choosing kindness, and speaking up when someone is being treated unfairly. Her willingness to use her voice and creativity to help others see the impact of bullying is a wonderful example of what it means to be an upstander—someone who notices when something isn’t right and takes action to make a difference.
