RESPECT Set to Participate in Do Good Week
After eight years of OmahaGives!, the Omaha community now has a new way to show its love and appreciation for nonprofits. Thanks to a new partnership with SHARE Omaha, we now have Do Good Week! SHARE Omaha’s Do Good Week, presented by FNBO, is five days dedicated to meeting the cash needs of nonprofits in our community, as well as volunteer and item needs, followed by a day of celebration. April 19-24, 2021 is your time to do good.
How can you support RESPECT During Do Good Week?
Join us at a virtual Lunch & Learn on Monday, April 19th at 12:00 p.m. to see our exciting new virtual content and explore how RESPECT can enhance your school or organizations efforts to address bullying, racial inequality, COVID-19 challenges, mental health and more. Registration is required.
Follow us on Facebook for our annual 24 Things to Know About RESPECT. We will post interesting thoughts and facts every hour for 24 hours!
Never donated to RESPECT before? Now is a great time to become a new donor! Already support RESPECT? Encourage your friends to become new donors on this special day! Tell them to put your name in the donation code box so we know to thank you for the referral!
RESPECT is a lean organization. Our office and storage space totals less than 500 square feet as the bulk of our organization relies mostly on the amazing creativity of our staff rather than physical space and objects. But we do have some items on our wishlist that make our work possible or easier. Take look at our wishlist to see what you can donate through an easy Amazon purchase.

Would you like to get more involved with RESPECT? A great way to help our organization is to become part of Community Advisory Committee or help with our fundraiser’s silent auction. Or, help us reach our financial goals by donating the value of a volunteer hour: $27.20!

This is the day to get in your donation if you haven’t already! Your contribution will go directly towards helping RESPECT continue to provide virtual programs – and hopefully soon return to in-person performances! Since we started we have reached nearly 600,000 participants and continue to offer engaging, educational, and meaningful experiences for students of all ages while promoting the performing arts and the creativity of our actor-educators.
